I just had to do this one since it is a rule I have always been sure to follow myself! Plus I figured if bootsboots could make "Sperm Whales Make Great Seamen" grandma friendly, then I could make "Don't Eat the Yellow Snow" tasteful (no pun intended)!

As always, I am open to comments and suggestions. I do know that yellow is not usually the best color for the shirt itself, but given the content, I just had to go with the yellow - I hope I made it work! I am also curious as to how people feel about the stencil font instead of the Russian block font that I do like, but thought would be overdone in this derby...

Thought I'd paste the explanation I posted below as to how I feel "apathy" is one of the unwritten rules of society (in case anyone was wondering and doesn't scroll down):

I think appearing apathetic is an unwritten rule of society (especially if you're a hipster?). You've gotta play it cool. Case in point: if someone desirable asks you out, you should NOT grab them and shout, "Ohmigod! I've been doodling our names together in my notebook for SO LONG! Yes! Yes! YES!" Instead maintain your apathy, and shrug carelessly as you say, "Sure. Whatever." and all will be well.

This is based on the famous Loose Lips Sink Ships poster. Heavily influenced by the fact that I was eating chips and salsa when the derby theme was announced.

OK. I should probably explain. Ragazze is italian for "girls" the text around the border reads. "to do the dishes-to clean up my room-to do the laundry-and in the bathroom"

So, if you get that, then the microphones at the bottom should make more sense

I thought a long time about what cause I would take up if I could pick just one. Traffic? Nah, that doesn't bother me so much. Texting? Sometimes, but not really. What totally drives me crazy are slow people, who keep me in places I don't want to be for longer than I have to be there. Grrrrrr. And nothing is slower (and more unnecessary) than writing checks at the grocery store. O M G

I'm loving that everything is all foggy in here.

I believe "cheques" is how the queen spells it. They're both correct, but "checks" is more the US standard.

A propaganda style design aimed at the septic tank crowd. When I went up to my in-law's cabin, they told me this firm and clear.

This concept was first mentioned to me by no1, so although I know the phrase, he deserves credit (or blame) for this. The artwork is 100% mine.

I used Google Translate to translate "communicate kindly" into Russian. It gave me the words you see.

Manvyi was kind to inform me that it literally says "intercourse kindly". So that still gives the idea of communication, right? Thank you for your help.

theykilledkenny suggested adding "communicate kindly" to the bottom of the design which I did. Thanks!

The speech balloon says "xa-xa-xa" which translates as "lol".

Ha! I thing I like best about this shirt is the title.

(Nerd tip: images with flat red/orange in them are better off being GIFs, or a very high-quality JPG. Reds become smudgy easily in JPGs.)
