I'm waiting for Velma to pull off the mask to reveal the monster is really the theatre owner. And then hear, "And I would have gotten away with it too had it not been for you meddling kids!"

Theaters are mostly digital now, but believe me, there was a time when this was truly every projectionist's nightmare...

Eh? Nowhere around here.

This shirt reminds me of that short stopframe movie on Cinemax back in the 80s where the tape attacked some guy and mummified him and ate him or something.

Dont know why I dont remember it, it was on between every movie for two years almost. Some dumb producer must have liked it

Three-piece suit? I hope I'm wearing something half as nice when I'm killed by an amorphous monster.

I'm fairly sure the projectionist is about to be attacked by a pile of whole wheat linguine.

(Which I suppose would be a 1.5 piece suit.)

As a former movie theater projectionist, I can say with only slight exaggeration, I have met that creature. The floor and the Bollywood film did not get along at all....

Cue burning the film and lots of violence and you have a great scene in a Quentin Tarantino movie!

You beat me to it! I totally remember that short. We had HBO and it played on there all the time too. I was just a kid then and damn did it creep me out.

It was the first thing I thought of when I saw this shirt.

Found the video on youtube

Lol! I'll expect Joel, Tom Servo, and Crow to swoop in any moment and make light of what could be quite a terrible situation!

does anyone remember what this is from?

I can't remember if it was a TV show or movie or short film etc.

All I remember is a guy being attacked by film footage and then being covered head to toe in it and the guy is on the floor trying to reach up and get a magnet that is on the counter so he can kill the film footage. He doesn't reach it and I think ends up on the footage or something.

I'm wondering if it was a tales from the darkside or one of those.

So 'on' but crazily skewed from topic, when I first say the monster, I thought of that old Creepshow episode oil slick. Remember it? It ate all those naive college swimmers.

I can honestly say I will not buy any product produced, conceived, or assembled from Brazil. After seeing that Sean Goldman story.

Have you seen Inglorious Basterds? That monster could be truly terrifying if he were holding a ciggy in a sort of "Dare me to? Huh, punk?" sort of pose.
