"Prolonged pacifier use may lead to dental problems. Normal pacifier use during the first few years of life doesn't cause long-term dental problems. If your child continues to use a pacifier persistently, however, his or her top front teeth may slant out or the upper and lower jaws may be misaligned."

Where is the depiction of it screaming in a restaurant at the table next to me while the molars tune it out like they have since it was born?

Since it's still a "baby" tooth I think it's ok, no permanent damage yet.

Congrats! It's a boy!! I base this not only on the powder blue t-shirt, but also on the Connery brow and the finely chiseled jawline.

Now the real question is.. are boy baby teeth specific to mouths of young gents or to all babies possess a sexually dimorphic set of cuspids?
