I like the illustration. I wish there was more distressing in the image overall, that might help it age it a little.

Which is why it rocks, and why I couldn't wear it. I'd get the joke, but anyone else would have to be peering closely at my girls to get the details and the idea... I don't have a problem with people starting at my shirts (or I wouldn't wear them), but this one just begs for inappropriate stare-age. Sigh - so torn over a really fresh design!

Um, I can see you changed the deceptacon symbol to get around copyright issues, but the name 'Starscream' itself is trademarked to Hasbro. (if you go back and look at the photos people were giving you on the first shirt, you'll notice on the packaging when Starscream is written out there's a tiny 'TM' after his name) I don't know if Woot will differentiate between copywrites and trademarks, but... yeah...

Re: Ask Mr. Owl

Eliminate "Lick This" and I'd buy it. I don't think it's necessary. The gun and the look on the owl's face tell the story.

I think you'd still have to alter the word just like you alter the imagery, like make it Starscreem or something.

What do you mean you haven't heard of Jimmy Gibbs? That man's a stock car legend! Try reading a book sometime.

It seems like woot only bans reference if they seem to unfairly propel designs to the top the ranking.

Personally, Back to the Future seem like a perfect fit for this derby. I came up with my concept Thursday night. My early roughs of the design are in the pre-derby forum.

I'm not saying you came up with it last, I remember your sketch post. But it seems BTTF is picking up in designs. Tgentry won not too long ago with one. I considered doing one for the last derby... I do like how subtle yours is though.

Love it, Boots! I look forward to owning it!

I just don't care for the slogans she has come up with. If she has only done three then I probably haven't cared for all 3, though I can't really recall the parks one. So far the slogans just haven't been my style.
