I have a new theory. Ramyb's photoshop only came with the above colors.

I've never seen any version of alice in wonderland, but I have seen willy wonka many times. Didn't he drink out of 1/2 a cup too?

Every time I watch a new design drop from the fog and this remains, God kills a kitten.

Seriously, this has to be like 100 votes for this at this point. Do you guys realize it's not even remotely well done?

xazothia wrote:This is beautiful, Tan

It actually reminds me of a short story I read in my Vampires & Werewolves class about this matriarch who lived in a large mansion/castle of some sort surrounded by wolves. She got her lycanthropic powers from drinking the juice of yellow flowers, which I think I'm getting from the color of the wolves' eyes.

I'll try to find the title and author if I can. It's a good story.

*starts to drink lots of yellow flower juice*

Sad to hear about the mess up with Gorgon. I can relate. I once lost most of my stories o_o I hope for a future with lots of Gorgon Love to go around.

Re: The Two Sides of Madness

I know what it reminds me of!

In elementary school, in art class, the teacher would have us experiment with different ways to paint and one of them was to 'splatter paint' by dipping a toothbrush into paint and running your finger over the bristles to fling the paint onto the page. That's what this sort of looks like.

And that's not a good thing.

i for one, love this although i could go for a little more contrast between the two sides and less of the random splotching in the background. really ramy, your art speaks for itself, you dont need the window dressing.

I could--but I'm baffled as to how.

*look at thumbnail*

"Holy cow, is that Boots?"

*click*

"Holy cow, that is Boots!"

The only thing I can think of that might've tipped me off is the reflections on the screens. I mean, that's the only thing that says BootsBoots to my conscious mind.

Clearly, this is reaching me on some level I can't purposely access. Therefore, I must vote for it.

Re: Consumed by Music II

Resubbed on a different shirt color with a different color scheme...

Many of the famous musical composers were believed to mad.
With the pace they wrote, and size and power of their compositions, it is easy to believe.

Even today, madness and musical genius often seem to go hand in hand.

eggshelltiptoe wrote:interesting. it'd be nice to have a little more of this information before making a design. any suggestions on what to avoid for the future? I'm still pretty new to this.

Hitler(and all Help! Help! I'm being oppressed! related images), Jesus/God typically is avoided, toilet humor, real murderers/rapists, abuse to children or animals (see a rejected shirt this week), yadda yadda.

Sometimes there's a rejected design on the grounds of it being too Bloody, but that's a fickle reason and you are safe to take your chances with a little blood.

But yeah, Manson or anyone who was terrifying to the general populace typically isn't allowed.

I like this, but it is too small on the shirt. I think that is why some people have mentioned the placement seems wonky. If it was scaled up by 25-50% it would get my vote.
