Maybe I'm showing my age here, but this design looks *extremely* similar to the old Sherman Williams paint logo (the one that had the words "Cover the Earth" below it). There was a paint store near my home when I was growing up, and they had this HUGE sign that looked *just* like this design. Huh.

Green peace is so 2007!

I recycle and utilize energy conservation methods but I think it's false hope to think that is going to turn the world back into a utopia (at least without a large percentage of humans dying off). This whole green kick is basically the practical response to an analysis based on falsified data. It's like saying we need to form an organization to patrol the oceans to keep people from falling off the edge of the earth. People don't mention Global Warming any more but they stand on it's poorly founded conclusion.

Similar, but not quite the same. Sherwin Williams is polluting the earth with its paint while this shirt is cleaning the earth up ;)

(but yeah, the overall design/theme is very similar)

Fact: We cannot wash cars off the earth until we have devised a suitable transportation replacement for them. And I see no bicycles and certainly no hovercraft coming out of that large bucket - I don't even see a surfboard!

I don't mean to be mean, just want to say that I'm confused about who votes...so many beautiful shirt designs submitted and the community picked this shirt above all others? I'm confused....I really think there should be a WOMEN's shirt.woot -- so many wonderfully beautiful shirt designs that seemingly were overlooked....Give us another chance. I want some of those other designs...there were about 10 I would have bought in a heartbeat...how can I get one of the other designs?

I doubt that anybody believes we're going to reverse what has already been done. But it isn't SO ridiculous to hope to slow the damage down a little. Regardless of your views on Global Warming (an unfortunate misnomer, btw) or whether you think any facts were falsified, I fail to see how living a little more 'green' can be a bad thing.

Yes, this 'design' is a total ripoff of Sherwin-Williams' corporate logo, but in the spirit of the contest let's just say Sherwin-Williams' corporate logo was involuntarily 'recycled'.
