I didn't actually realize the inspiration for the energy domes actually DID come partly from these ancient temples until spiritgreen told me 5 minutes before the derby opened. Great minds DEVO!;)

Hopefully, the visual pun communicates the idea that what first looks like progress (from a distance this design might look like a pyramid at night with maybe a fire or something on top) may be regression (down a basement staircase falling apart. I tried to make something that might look in tune with the Devo site as well.

Really cool idea, and a great interpretation of the theme. I wonder how it would look at the end of one of those "Evolution of Man" timelines? Chimp to Great Ape to Man. Maybe that's too cliche. Great design, though!
