"Noooooo! Cloned elements!!!" Cloud 1 scaled = Cloud 3. Cloud 2 flipped = Cloud 4. Sorry, just a pet peeve of mine. I hate seeing things like this on packaging too. It can be resourceful in certain situations but surely there was an extra minute to make two more unique clouds. It's such a small thing that probably no one else cares about or will argue as being "8bit retro" or something so don't mind me being cranky over here. And yeah, how about 8 more posts about the other shirt while on the subject of repetition and cloning.

Wow everyone is right, how unoriginal can you get... Today's shirt is a total knockoff, definitely a chip off the old Blocks.

I call straight-up plagiarism...

Oh sure. The long block goes first. Harsh reality, however, proves time and again that the long block never turns up when you need him. So don't patronize me! I know the score!

Hmm.. How does the L block breathe when crammed amongst all the other blocks? His face has a rather inconvenient placing.

The Artist's name isn't Todd Goldman is it? That'd explain everything.

The design ripped off by this looks much cleaner. More importantly, who wants to think about those blocks having faces, after murdering so many?

The music.. it's haunting me! Even in random songs like Plane to Spain! There's a Ska remix by an italian Ska band too! OH no!

I am thankful for 2 great Super NES throwbacks in one day. This shirt brings back the memories of hours spent in my basement cursing that fast paced latin music, and the Random Crap thread is giving a shout out to Mike Tyson's Punch Out, thank you woot! for a glorious day down memory lane!

Don't let NightGhost convince you that you need an intervention, involving chocolate syrup. IT'S A TRAP!!!!
(3:24 PM, 7/7/2010) jsale325 will never catch up.

If your writing a paper for school, for instance, and you copy something from a website or book or something like that, word-for-word, THAT is plagiarism. But if you take it and put it into your own words, then it is NOT. There for, this shirt is not plagirised because it is completely changed from the one on ThinkGeek.

Honestly this wouldn't fly in academia (at least I can imagine how your papers turned out) and to be honest, this is about a picture, not a piece of literature. This is a total rip of an idea.

your totally right.it's a shame some people "seem" to like defending that sorta thing...this site prides it's self on original designs. this one has been done before, better.

Actually, no, that IS plagiarism. Your first example isn't plagiarism, it is copyright infringement. Plagiarism is using someone else's work without giving proper credit, as in your second example.
