Any text counts as text, and that's words, characters, numbers, or symbols. And there's a specific woot heather mockup available. In the past they used to allow a medium gray to represent heather, but no longer.

I didn't comment in the pre-derby thread Sokowa, but wanted to say, this is great! You always have really cool ways of shading too, I'd love to learn your methods

That's not heather, that's grey. It's not on the woot guide.

And anything you can type with your keyboard is "text" according to woot.

His shirt is retro and unique, and I feel its conveying a different message than the atom shirt in the reckoning.

With the one in the reckoning I feel a OOOO~ CUTE KAWAAIII feel.

With this I feel, HECK YES! RETRO ATOMS.

I see the SIMILARITY, but I don't think they're SIMILAR enough for this to get rejected.

My opinion anyway.

(I do want to say, I love the shirt. Shame that it's got a few strikes against it for rejectioning, and I'm not sure how to make it work otherwise, at least not for this derby.)

Well drawn, but I don't really see how it relates to the physics problem (seeing as how it's a problem about acceleration due to gravity), or physics at all. It reads more as, "Oops, he was bigger than I thought." Seems another case of, "I had a cool design, so I gave it a title to make it fit the theme."
(That said, it is a very well drawn.)

Definitely diid this just for this derby. This is the exact setup as the problem the "monkey" has fallen from the tree and been shot. The rest is implied. Almost all the other entries in the derby have some sort of implied element as we can't have equations or txt.
