Good luck in the derby, and if you don't win in the derby, I sincerely hope the editors have enough sense to print this one.

I would love to see this one EC as well. I love the colors. It would be one of my picks for sure.

Re: Static Electrikitty

This one still makes me laugh every time I see it. The simplicity really works for this one. It's really all about the cats expression. ಠ_ಠ

I'm still surprised this didn't win the first time around.

This is one of your best designs, in my opinion. No one can do textures quite like you can, it blows me away. Wonderful design, Walmazan!

why is it that enough people dont seem to get behind this one for it to print?

if it doesnt win this derby, you should just submit it elsewhere.

Re: [url=http://shirt.woot.com/Derby/Entry.aspx?id=44962]Derby

This is my favorite Woot design ever. If it wins, I plan to buy one to wear by day, one larger one to wear as a sleep shirt, and one for a child of my acquaintance whose favorite picture book is Jerdine Nolan's Raising Dragons, where a girl gets to raise a dragon. (The end papers, ill. by Elise Primavera, have a nifty map of a dragon-shaped island from which the dragons come.)

If it does not win, I plan to weep into my cereal and put pictures of cute kitties and mice through the shredder.

Re: Will Work 4 Treats

IMHO, this concept has already been done once, and done better, by Edgar.

http://shirt.woot.com/Friends.aspx?k=7322

The fact that this (among several others) are taking up spots in the fog, while other highly creative/unique/skillfully executed designs languish outside of it due to a lack of votes, just breaks my heart a bit.

I'm not MAD, Wooters, I'm just disappointed. Very, very disappointed.

I don't think I can stand to watch the carnage over the next week. I'll be back for what will [hopefully] be an excellent crop of EC's. (It's not as though there's a shortage of brilliant designs to pick from this time, even if the voting masses are too blind to recognize them.)

AdderXYU wrote:my personal beef (mmm beef) with most veggies is when they will call themselves foodies. You cannot be a foodie if you have eliminated a whole food group (and in some cases two, if you're vegan or otherwise decide not to go dairy).

While this might be true in theory, in reality, most vegetarians I know are bigger foodies than the non-veggies I know. That has more to do with the necessity of eating varieties of foods when you're a vegetarian just to keep things interesting, coupled with the fact that most Americans in general have boring diets. Refusing to eat the cuisines of entire countries or regions (which, sadly, many Americans do) is more restrictive to being a foodie than being a vegetarian. In a given week, I often eat a slew of veggie-friendly, authentic meals from recipes from all over the world that most non-veggies I know will have never tried.

And as a vegetarian and a t-shirt lover, I resent/resemble the comparison. :P

I wouldn't wear it (nottt really into dragons) but I'ma vote bc this nicely executed and actually looks good on a shirt but this is just a trucking pathetic fog for a double take... It's honestly vomit inducing

It's by far the most colorful looking design I've made here but it somehow works on the shirt. ^__^ I'll have my fingers crossed next week.
