Shirt.Woot

This looks like an amazing lite-brite masterpiece from far away... then you realize it is a bad Christmas sweater.

Some friend, my wife and I started taking a "Family photo" at Christmas. This will be perfect for a "brothers" picture.

Love this sweater (or should i say shirt???)...Now I'm confused.

Anyways, in for one!

Gaaaahhh. That is truly horrid. It's like my monitor is attacking my eyeballs.

Yesterday was Ugly Sweater Day at the local high school. This shirt would have been perfect for students and faculty (particularly if my hometown was in a warmer part of the country). As it were, the [real] ugly sweaters probably came in handy.

It's too bad these aren't sold a few weeks ago....not enough time to get it and then wear it during the holiday season...

I know we all want to be PC and everything (well I don't, but I digress...) but considering the reindeer, sleigh, snowmen, red bows, and candy canes, I seriously doubt anyone is considering wearing this to express their excitement over Hanukkah (which has already passed this year) or Kwanzaa. Are we soooo worried about offending someone that we can't call this shirt with an exclusively Christmas theme a Christmas shirt?

I always wondered how Santa got all his presents under all the trees in one night.

Now I know he just orders before 10 a.m. and pays $5.

Wow... definitely the ugliest of the past 4 years, hahaha. It's not just because of the stitching, it's because the shapes are so big and gawdy and ugh... I just can't get over how ugly it is. I don't know why it makes me want one. It's just soooooo ugly that it's endearing. What's wrong with me?

Actually, I'll find this tee more amusing in a month when it's a likely choice to ship to wooters in the next bag of randoms.

I'm so dissappointed because this is uglier than the one I bought on that special shirt sale a few weeks ago. I so wish they would have offered this one sooner!!!!!

This makes my 4th one in as many years. In fact, I'm wearing the original one right now! I just love these tshirts because it's not very cold here in GA this time of year.

Bought it...looking forward to sporting it tomorrow and Saturday for Christmas. Everyone will be jealous!

Hey Woot staff... if I ordered just slightly after 10am CT, will I still receive my shirt tomorrow?

I have a suggestion for woot. Next year please, please, please, offer these a bit earlier. If you want people to still do overnight shipping just put in the description "to make sure you get it by your christmas party, get overvnight" that is what most people are going to wear these to.

Also it would be awesome if you made all the xmas sweater shirts available the same night, I am sure that there will be new shirt.woot customers every year that will buy the whole collection at one time. I know that I would of bought 2 each of 2008 and 2009 last night when I placed my order, even at the higher reckoning price.

I had to get 2 -- one for my wife and one for her best friend. They like to buy matching Christmas shirts, and these will be perfect. Her friend has ugly Christmas sweaters that I love to tease her about, so again, perfect.

I agree 100%. I have been asking for the 2007 shirt to be opened up for sales again. I am kicking myself for never ordering it, but it was offered so late that I didn't want to wait an entire year to wear.

Arrrgggghhhh! It's sold out! I can't believe I missed it! Christmas is RUINED now!

Last years shirt was such a hit, I had to get this years. This has to be one of the best shirts I own and gets even better after a few drinks. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

I luv this only one problem though, it is sold out and it just came out and i too many cookies to pay $15 tomorrow plus the overnight shipping.

Question for those experienced Shirt Woot'ers. I've never overnighted a shirt before, but I was in here early enough that it said I could get it for Christmas if I overnighted it. What time today should I expect it to ship? I keep checking and my status never changes.

Your status probably won't change to shipped until after you receive it. I've overnighted shirts before and they've always arrived as expected, although this is the first time I've done so during the holidays.

Speaking of shipping, SmartPost is without any doubt, absolutely the slowest shipping method in the universe. Still waiting on shirts I ordered on December 10th for crying out loud. Google maps indicates I could have walked all the way to Woot on foot to pick it up by now or bicycled down there and back twice. It doesn't seem to be that the package got lost or anything, it's just that all SmartPost deliveries are in fact carried on the back of actual snails. This is obviously done in part to avoid labor disputes with said snails and also to avoid the appearance of false advertising, given the snail logo. Perhaps one day we might get upgraded to turtle service, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

it's unfortunate on many levels that i bought an almost identical shirt to this 3 weeks ago in indianapolis. which doesn't change my perception about people from texas.

Did anyone get a shipping confirmation yet? I paid for overnight shipping but no tracking number available yet. This needs to arrive today!!!

Is it normal to not receive a shipment confirmation when overnighting something from Woot? Ordered with overnight shipping at 7AM, and haven't received anything yet.
