Re: I'll make my own stripes.

Totally, TOTALLY GMV on the design, the idea, and most of the coloring. Orange is SO my color. But can't you pull the pink outta the white? It makes the tiger kinda - um, frou-frou. The expression is prescious. The pink makes it cloying.
I want this to print, I really do. Fix your registers and this POPs.

Re: Mandala Season

I'm, forever blowing bubbles.
The comp here is not doing this justice. Woot's brown is pretty warm, and nice. This will print very nicely.. CONGRATS. I think you may have a winner.

Re: Dance of Seduction

This seems very Arabic/Middle Eastern and less Indian. Also, something about the left hand looks off with the fingers and zill.

I do like the design overall.

Re: Holi Day

Honey, this ROCKS. It's cute and simple. The expressions and colors will certainly get votes. I think maybe you also get a leg up for Indian fans of the Harmonious Friends, elephants or monks in general.

Check my linky. It really is all good. It's not meant to be in-your-face.

Yep, but people seem to like version 2 better than our first one.

I disagree about the hand - I see the posture.
This is beautiful, evocative, totally non-PROvocative, awesome and deserving of votes.
Kudos. This is stellar.

... THANKS! NOW, that's ALL I can think of when I look at the design! :-(

OOOOhh, don't panic. It has a GREAT Disney/Pixar look. Just some unfortuntate placement and dearth of detail on the basket.

The lines are brown. The spaces between the lines are colored in.

It's like henna etched on a rainbow. In the shape of a heart. It's just beautiful. I may be too much of a man to cry, but I am just girly enough to rock this shirt.

In Urdu and Hindi the word Henna is interchangeable with the word Mehndi. Henna is the plant, not the color. It's actually a very deep orange color in it's purest form. If you apply lemon juice to the henna while it is drying on your hands, it will turn bright orange and the color will not fade for weeks. Personally, I can't stand having Henna on my hands because it is so bright and doesn't wash off. I really like the colorful artistic takes on Henna in this derby. I would rather wear it on a shirt than on my hands! :D

Prismatic

might work better if that was a perfect prism -- alas it isn't - its not an equilateral triangle

Love this design. I haven't been a fan of the offerings lately, but this one is amazing. I also vote for a larger (longer) design. I like how it starts at the bottom and works its way up one side, but it needs to go up further, like as high as it can. It just looks... stunted, the way it is now.

Woo, it took me awhile to figure out what to do for this week. I got really attached to the imagery of lotus petals in the wind so I did just that, all over the place.

I like that you incorporated the map of india in the design and kept it at one color. In a tough derby this should be doing better.
