I love the artwork, but I would prefer it on a different color shirt

Re: henna hands

I really like this take on Escher's drawing. It seems like you only used 4 or 5 colors, so maybe it could be improved by painting the shadows that the hands are casting a unique color?

Great job overall, though. Do like.

Minimal but nice. I was also a big fan of the book.

Re: Henna

i love it, im voting for it, i just dont know whether its too feminine for me to buy it....

i mean, im staring at it, and continuing to love it as i stare at it, and i just cant make up my mind...

ah well. we'll see how i feel about it when it wins.

I liked it on cranberry too, but then I liked all the blues together too. Thanks fishbiscuit!

Ha ha ha, I had the exact same idea, with a different style in mind, but then I got super lazy and busy! Good job with this little guy. So cute!

The background feels a little distracting but over all this is really well done. =D

This theme was a bit of a challenge. Luckily while looking through some vibrant Indian artwork it reminded me of old fancy carousels and this idea popped. I could have taken it further with an elephant(sort of wish I had) but my daughter would never have forgiven me. She's obsessed with horses.

I'm pretty sure it goes without saying, Chump, but your style is so unique and everything from the shading to the actual designs you lay out for us are pretty (dare I say... I dare) magical.

Hmmm... might be walking the very thin line of religious sensitivities.

This is really nicely done, but I have to agree, it is likely walking too closely/crossing over the line of religious imagery.

Didn't think I'd ever consider wearing an orange t-shirt, but this is pretty awesome. A great illustration and wonderful overall "feel".

Thanks for the feedback so far.

I was expecting this design to be pretty neutral. It's just meant to be a play on the saying "Holy cow!" + an illustration of a cutsie indian cow. Not meant to offend anyone or poke fun at anyone's religion.

Re: Henna

Voted, i definitely want one but i might not wear it too often cause of the feminine appeal. Regardless its an amazing design. I hate myself for only having patricks and ramyb's shirts, especially when you and spirit and radiomode put out such great work

Also, i have to agree with everyone about the placement, but the shape to me looks like a heart, and it sits right where a persons actual heart is. Dont kno if thats what you were going for but props for it regardless.

Last note, Journey/Queen ftw \,,/

Re: The Cobra's Pattern

The Cobra's Pattern is perhaps where someone got the idea for henna art...

Anywho, this intricate design is 2 colors halftone (simulates gradient) on a white T. It's design is to the side, and looks sleek on men and women.

Feedback would be loved, and vote ahoy!

Re: CMYK INDIA

I like the image you created, but not sure about those splatters. In my opinion, they don´t add much to the design, and they clash with the symmetrical and stylized drawing.
