Brown is a great color for this design. It's on brown because Boots no doubt thought it was a good color for this design. This is silliness. Artists don't make their shirt color choices at random or at the whims of picky customers.

Thanks. Part of me also wanted to do the whole lion, but the lion's head actually took quite a while to draw (no thanks to Gimp deciding to crash at random moments). In retrospect, I probably should have done a pencil drawing of the entire lion on one sheet of paper and then the smaller cats on a separate piece, then figured out how to combine them on a T-shirt.
And yes, that's a leg. That's why the lion isn't licking itself. *g*
