My irrational hatred of grey shirts is... erm... irrational. I simply cannot buy a grey shirt. Sorry doomcat, but I did buy yesterday's offering.

Looks like a cross between 101 Dalmatians + the Aristocats (and yes, I mean the Disney version you). Darn cute. Not sure about hygienic. Probably photogenic.

You don't see too many heather gray shirts using the shirt color as a primary fill color in the design. It definitely adds some texture.

It makes me laugh, but at the same time I almost feel as if I am watching something dirty.

That dog seems a little too excited, and in the wrong kinda way...

dooomcat should become the official sponsor of giving it a second try. even though these two shirts couldn't win in their own derby, Never Give Up folks. it's possible to try again be the best.

I think the most disturbing part of this is that the cat's tail is obscuring the dog even though the tail isn't colored in. Somehow I'm just really weirded out by that.

Only downside is that there isn't a 3rd dooomcat entry to sweep the derby this weekend. Hats off to you anyways. I sense another sell out as well.

The cats have lovely bulbous heads, and fluffy squirrel tails. I like the mindless hyper canine energy and glazed over appearance of the pup. The cats are so poised in comparison.

It's also funny because it's usually a cat grooming a reluctant, yet frightened dog. The cat with a tensed paw on the dogs head to keep it from escaping.

But I'm a dog person.

I think this shirt takes on a whole 'nother meaning is worn by and adult male. You might want to consider the implications before wondering why people are giving you the evil eye... At least the title isn't printed on the shirt.

Don't wear it as a basis for crude jokes? All I see when I look at this design is crude jokes! -:O I guess I'm damaged that way.

On a side question: Anyone else think Lillian Verner when they saw this?

I think my wife will really like this one, especially since we have several cats (3) and a pug that is always trying to pounce her way into their circle. In for one!

I think that canine might be getting a taste of catnip from the look in his eye. Something about it makes him seem a little loopy.

1st place had 961 votes, 2nd place had 949 votes, and 10th place had 641 votes. That leaves 7 shirts within approx 300 votes of the lead.

Anyways, congrats Dooom on the double print. You just tripled your prints in two days! I have a feeling this shirt wouldn't have been an EC, so it works out better that way since so many people wanted this shirt.

Toucan will either print tomorrow or EC. Hopefully tomorrow, so Smart Cookie has more chances to EC. And maybe Sticking Out too ;).

Just my opinion and I'd buy all three of those designs...

To quote Andy Partridge of XTC (out of context to be sure), "It doesn't matter what color of cat you are, there are no dogs allowed."

And in the artist's bio, the writer forgot to double the first "o" in "contributor."

The cat in the middle must be the milkman's child since it's the only brown one in the litter. Awkward.

I just noticed that the dog has three tails! Now it makes sense that it was in the "Oddball" derby, because I'm pretty sure a dog with three tails is an oddball.

My dog ate my cat after licking it a couple times. It wasn't as adorable as this t-shirt makes it look.

Again, not for me, but getting double prints is pretty impressive, so congrats on that.

I can't really explain why, and I don't mean to offend the artist or anyone, but this design has that crazy "animal lover" vibe that makes me personally cringe. Kind of like the "hang in there" cat posters. I'd expect anyone wearing this to smell heartily of soiled cat liter or cedar chips. A friend of mine, who is sitting here as I post this comment, says this shirt has a good amount of "trailer trash charm" about it.

Again though, congrats. 949 other people do not agree with my friend and I, so cat poo on us!
