Re: The Rollercoaster of Love

Brilliant! Great final decision on the track coloring, and the green shirt makes the design really stand out. Beautiful and touching work. If this doesn't print, it'll be a crime.

Re: Ice cream cone snail

Dropping your brand new ice cream cone causes a lot of sadness. But now you can bring happiness to the tragic event by knowing that you have successfully added to the population of ice cream cone snails.

kaleidoscopicfailure wrote:reminds me of the "Twister Two" when i would always go to elitch gardens in denver, there was a sign near the entrence that said,

"No spitting and/or throwing rock or missiles on the ride"

i suppose it was a common occurance. Great sillouette, btw!

HAH! I was thinking the same thing. That sign was always good for a laugh.

For some reason, Twister II was always the scariest coaster for me as a kid because I thought it might collapse. It definitely moved and swayed significantly as the cars rolled around on it.

An english professor told my wife they learned in school that tar pits are the reason all the dinosaurs went extinct.

I could think of only one reason that could be true.

4 colors on asphalt. Design is left-aligned.

travisk02 wrote:So because I'm not a great artist and chose to do a very simple design idea associated with the derby theme, I shouldn't submit it?

Hmmm... I would have voted for this. I love simple designs. The rejections seems bizarre to me. If there is a rule that shirts cannot have "no" signs on them, then post that in the derby rules.

Maybe if there was a "no cute bunnies" sign it would have fogged?

Literally laughing out loud. You are a better person than I! I'll cop to being a condiment bigot. Maybe I'll make that my new siggy...
