I'm okay with getting flamed. I forgot how some people react to these things. I've spent the entire semester involved in multiple fundraisers at school including selling origami folds for donations (hence the inspiration). I wasn't trying to be a jerk about anything. However I can't stop people from interpreting it however they wish. :-\

My mother was an artist who painted flowers, lighthouses and every blank surface within five miles of where we lived.

Normally I cringe at the idea of drawing a flower but made an exception today in her honor.

I was excited to give this concept a try. It turned out quite different to how I planned it yesterday... I should probably stick to my character designs but it's fun to experiment every now and then.
