My first woot shirt and I got one... should I be afraid?

Got my 3 today, all M2X

Not a bad haul at all. Much better than the last three.

hey, so due to broke-ness, this is the first time I've ordered randoms in a long long time- I haven't even been on the site for months. do the boxes of misprints still happen on random shirt orders? anyone know?

Haven't heard of that happening in the last few randoms. Perhaps they're still shipping them out with a Big o' Cosmos, but not as a randoms.

Not that I'd mind receiving such myself ...

This is the first time I've noticed it...then again that was my first overnight order.

Thanks for the tip! Just checked mine and the delivery estimate is Saturday. It's my first random shirt woot, so I'm pretty excited (but obviously not so excited that I would cough up extra money for overnight shipping).

The $5 coupons I'm getting are what get me to pay $5 for overnight delivery. I'll pay $20 for three shirts up to two days after I order them.

Didn't get the two shirts I was really hoping for, but not too bad of a haul. I got the following:

"Tofu, Food's Master of Disguise"
"Through the Trees"
and some green shirt with a very tired-looking owl surrounded by chirping birds (I can't find the name of it).

I like the Tofu shirt, and the Owl one is okay. I really don't want the Trees one at all. :X If anyone is interested in trading, they are Women's Large size. I am willing to trade the Owl shirt and the Trees shirt. I am looking for "Magic Lamp" and "Toucan Play At That Game" in a Women's Large. I am also willing to purchase an unwashed/unworn or near mint condition "Magic Lamp" in WL. In addition I have new/unworn/unwashed in wxl... 6 Degrees of Delicious and Like a Lightbulb. I also have a few ML and MXL that have been worn and washed but are in MINT, like NEW condition.

First time playing the random t-shirt game and the excitement after having received the outstanding "Sunset" shirt (my initial shirt.woot purchase!) has carried over.

I ended up with "I Will Not Blend" in medium size and "Tofu, Master of Disguise" in large size. I've kept the latter aside as a "gift" for now but I am fond of the other shirt.

My tracking number says I won't get mine for another week (June 1st). This is my first Woot purchase so i'm not sure if this estimate is accurate or not, that does seem to be a bit long for 5 day regular shipping though doesn't it? Is this normal?

yes. one thing you'll notice if you continue to buy here, is that Smartpost is the most epically Lamuellan shipping in existence. sometimes it does what you expect, and sometimes your package takes a tour around the country before coming to you.

Yes. Smartpost is just awful but I can't justify the extra $5 for overnight. For some reason, Smartpost takes my crap from Dallas to New Berlin, WI to Indianapolis... I've never understood and stopped trying to.


I've usually forgotten about my shirts before I get them. So its a nice little surprise.

I got one misprint shirt a couple randoms ago, so it still happens.

Did anyone receive a coupon code that used the March coupon for these? Didn't receive an email and I'm assuming that's why.

I used the March coupon and received a new coupon in my mailbox. Did you not buy 3 random shirts?

The coupon code is tied to the email address so sharing won't do any good. Try contacting woot.

In mens Large; I got Instruments of ctrl, Ninja on a bicycle, and Magic Lamp. I only like Magic Lamp...I was hoping for Tofu.

This isn't quite the same thing. If you get a misprint in your randoms you should contact customer service for a replacement. The box of misprints was in addition to whatever you ordered. And it was literally a box of misprinted shirts. Many were still wearable, some of them were missing ink layers, some had one design on the front and one on the back. Receiving the box of misprints is a good thing, not a bad thing, and cause for much excitement! But I haven't seen one posted for awhile now, so I don't know if they are sending them out any more.

If i havn't received a shipping confirmation email yet should i be worried?
