Re: The House of Baba Yaga

Baba Yaga has always been really weird and creepy to me, but you did a great job capturing the feeling in this shirt, imo! Great lines and feet on that house. Very quickly understandable (if you've heard of Baba Yaga, at any rate)

Re: The House of Baba Yaga

Oh, the one thing I would change in the design is to add a wee bit of definition between the black pine trees in teh background, and the ivy & legs on the house.

Also, this is inspiring me to pick up some copper and make a Vitruvian Gingerbread Man cookie cutter.

Hmmm.. I think I know what I am doing this weekend.

Re: The Seven Ravens

The raven in her hand looks like a punk raven with a nose ring ;)

Anyway, this turned out nice! The one thing that distracts me is the lines on her tank top. I would probably go with a solid color

Nice design, you did a good job making the one color still have alot of depth and interest.

I'm curious what fairytale this is based on?

Re: i collect fairies

You should re-sub this without the text. Maybe to make it more obvious, you could put pins in the wings as if they're holding the wings open, and/or put one fairy in the middle of two butterflies that have been previously collected?

Brilliant. Reminds me of that episode of Epic Meal Time when they make the "Gingerbread" house entirely out of meat.

Re: the origin of fairies

Hahahahahahahaha. Clever, and good job setting up the punchline. Though, in the shirt comp, at first I was confused thinking your color-spots were part of the design. Quickly sorted out however. I do worry that the + and = would be considered non-incidental text.

(ps- Somehow the idea of a guy mating with a mosquito is rather disturbing)

Re: Jack and the 8-Bit Beanstalk

Funny idea, except for the boxed-in feel. Resub this on blue, it'll do much better.

The cape and texture are very nice. Consider an alternative version with no body -- an empty cape.

Re: The House of Baba Yaga

Cool! And I'm only now familiar with Baba Yaga's hut being on chicken legs as I was playing some Castlevania Lords of Shadow last week and they referenced some of the lore. Man this derby is clearly telling me I have to brush up on my fairy tales.
