Anyone else having a hard time ordering one? I ordered one, but never got confirmation. When I tried to order it again, it says I've already ordered one. Reminds me of trying to get a Basket of Crumpets.

Come on man! Everyone knows when saddling a seahorse, the proper location for the seat is in the midsection. Any kid who grew up watching the crappy Aquaman cartoons from the sixties in syndication knows that.

Metallic ink? Fantastic. Woot is now selling Ed Hardy knockoffs. Now just for some sequins, and Woot will have forced its way into everyone's GTL routine.

I'm going to be a pain in the ass here... that's not a chariot. Chariot's are carts pulled behind the animal... that's just a neat saddle.

I'd call it a mounted sea horse, but that sounds... wrong.

So much epic... reminds me of Yoshitaka Amano's drawings (he did all the fancy pen and ink drawings for the Final Fantasy series among other things, I am a nerd).

Really, really nice work, and nice art direction on Woot's part!

What about this is steampunk? I'm not trolling, I'm genuinely curious. For me, it seems mostly straight out fantasy.

... Um, no. Metallic-screenprinting/studs/sequins have been used/abused prior to the popularization Ed Hardy's clothing line and Jersey Shore.

Personally, I think the choice for metallic ink wasn't a poor decision. :D You're entitled to your own opinions, though.

Wow. Every week I watch people complaining about the pop culture references, and I never got it. I was like, "Why would I buy something that DIDN'T have a pop culture reference?" (Considering the ones I've purchased are Poison, Epic Battle, Four Classmates, and Dr. Adorable Love Potion.) But now I get it. This is beautiful. I've never been so excited for a t-shirt to come in the mail as I am right now.

(Actually, I've purchased two others that weren't pop culture references, but one was for a friend. The point is that I mostly buy the pop culture ones. Can I shorten that to PoCo? Is that a thing yet? I'm making it a thing right now, if it's not.)

It seems like a moot point given that the OP asked if it was streampunk, not steampunk.

I just got this shirt in the mail today and I have to say its a pretty cool looking shirt, even though it looks a little like it has some glitter on the shirt. I think I can get away with wearing this shirt (as a dude) thanks to the cool sea horse chariot design. +rep to the artist.
