ochopika wrote:lol thanks! I look good in this color, so I like using it even if no one else likes wearing it. Woot really should get a "light brown" shirt color, it would be perfect. By the way, I own your "king of the beasts" lion-tree shirt and I love it! I realized that the colors I used for this one are very similar, hope you don't mind. I didn't do on purpose, it just seems that tree+creme shirt = these colors only, lol.
Oh not at all! Its a very pleasing color pallet, especially on the cream tee. Its tricky to do that color justice. I also wish Woot would have added a nice nude or neutral brown tee. Alas, we have the army of grays, which is ok, but they dont work well for warm, nature designs.
Re: Line Dried SHIRT - RESUB
Why is this not in the fog yet?!!
Re: 20,000 chores under the sea [V2]
I like this one much much better.
cwendauthi wrote:Or just adding a person with lawn mower at one of the corners.
yeah I debated about adding a lawn mower earlier, but in the end decided I really wanted to do something clean and simple. A pattern inspired by the action sort of thing. Though I can see how someone might mistake it for a playing card.

Thanks, I really wanted to challenge myself with the "no text" rule.

I had a lot of fun with this design!
Re: the butler
I love how the giant robot seems to so delicately be holding the cord out of his way... sigh. I need to go vacuum.
rahbi wrote:I liked it without color. Voted anyways :D
I liked it without color, but I like it with the color too. The color you added is very tastefully done, I'm glad you didn't add too much. The orange definitely pops and adds some nice visual interest, and depth, and the blue is a nice highlight to the orange. Here's hoping the re-re-resub makes it into the top. (Though with 3 Ramyb's in the fog, who knows this week. sigh)
Travest wrote:First off, i love this design, so you GMV. However, The clothesline is blue on the left, but after the 3rd sheet, it turns white; and the 4th sheet's pins are the same blue, instead of brown (as in the first 3). Did that just go unnoticed, or is it minor enough to be ignored?
It's a purposeful choice.
sub = win!
Re: Taking out the trash
I think you did a great job detailing the can! This made me laugh!
Re: What Could Go Wrong?
An idea of a mouse in a hat came to mind last Thursday but didn't think of swapping it out for a kid! Yours looks amazing with the color choices!
omarfeliciano wrote:I love the way this ties to the product name! Great Job my friend. (I can call you my friend right? Right.....? Hello?....Sigh)
hahaha. Sure, you can call me friend. I like friends.
Re: Dojo Chores
Coffey, you never cease to amaze me! You really have a talent, my friend! CB
Almost there. This kind of momentum is a good sign. Fingers crossed for this to print!

haha. I hear ya. I've got mine crossed so tight they just might break.
Re: Too Much Wax!!!
Cool design! Love the background, too!
Go ninja go!

Nice TARDIS! Do I see a little bit of a bias for certain doctors in certain clothing> ;D jk. Would totally wear this shirt. Good Luck!

Thanks. I have eight of the doctors on there. It was hard to decide what to put. Here also is a link to a close up so everyone can see the halftone lines. http://www.flickr.com/photos/26918959@N00/6142085420/
Re: Plunge into Housecleaning
Woot generally rejects anything with a toilet on it, now I want to know which way this one will go.

Wow! I just voted for this shirt and it went into the fog! I can't tell you how good that feels - definitely deserves it!

You're my new hero!
That was a very epic trip to the fog indeed! Sensei sez the Winnings will come shortly.
Re: Out, (red) Spot!
Well, I voted for this. I think it's hilarious and I love your giant alien.
Thanks for the close-up! I've identified most of the clothing, but the red shirt has me stumped. Did one of the ubiquitous young ladies forget something on her way out the door? Ooh, I just realized that could be taken really wrong in light of how certain stories turned out. I'll just go ahead and yell "Too soon!" at myself preemptively. Even for the incident that aired in 1970.
Re: girl taking out guys stuff
What is she doing?! This is NOT o-k!

If this wins I will buy it! GMV

HAHAHAHAHA... Guano:-)+1
Re: Dust Bunny
I want one!
Re: Sidetracked
Mwahahaha!!! Ride my Roomba(tm) will you??!!
I absoutely love this idea and would by one, but I think you need to refine it just a bit, work on perspective maybe, and how they hang. Also add the 10th doctor's red Chucks! they have to be one of my fav. Doctor access-who-ries.
I've revoted. As I said on the other entry I would have preferred more subtle colors (like the color of the shirt the girl is wearing as the color of the sky) but it's still a wonderful shirt. If this doesn't print after the allotted "woot owns the design" period, I would totally buy a small print of this artwork.
