Perhaps it's not the same idea, but if you look at the sunsets on the top, it's the same shape. He basically tossed a gradient on the new one and trimmed back the rays from the first piece. It's pretty much the same as the one from the summer. It's a sunset silhouette reflecting over water. It's not EXACT, but he's reusing the idea he did only a few months earlier and printed with last time.

If you looked more closely at the design, you'd see that it's not a reflection on water, but instead a day/night contrast. That's why the animals are different and there's a moon on the bottom half.

You'd also know this if you actually read the thread before posting. ^_^

This is less skirting the rules than giving a small nod in the rules' direction. Even having been told the shapes are letterlike, I can't really see the letters. I think it'll be fine.

You are right. He has a sunset in this one just like the one from this summer. The sun looks completely different, isn't as big, does not have an Aztek pattern in it, is not showing a reflection over water but instead showing a contrast using much different colors, but you are right there is a sunset. My bad.

That's the thing though... he didn't have a belly that would cover up much of the fourth leg to start causing visual oddities. From a design standpoint, it makes sense why it was left out as the belly grew bigger.
