Same at our shelter! We're even having a 2-for-1 special this month to get them into homes.

I hope this prints, I know loads of shelter volunteers would buy it!

aluhx wrote:Haha, thank you for remaining polite in your response to me!

If there is any way to private message, I would be more willing to discuss that there (I'm still... fairly new on shirt.woot, and I can't seem to find an option for it... is there one? o.o) for the sake of creating a large conversation on top of your entry.
Anyways, my apologies if I seemed very offensive; I think you have talent, I just wish that your designs would "evolve" more, but as you said, you draw what you like!

I do have more of a response if there is a private messaging system, and if you're interested in hearing it. :D

I sent you a pm if you click community, you will see a little mail icon appear there with a link to your inbox. It is right above the listing of shirts, on the right side.

Okay, so I know Ramyb does bunnies pretty much all the time and some people get all bent out of shape about that. But I have to day, even if the theme is repetitive the details are really great. This one has just the right amount of blood dripping from the bunny's mouth, and the background texture is really well done. Got my vote!

I always wondered why they don't make the bun and wiener count match up.

I've always suspected its so you have to keep buying one or the other. 10 weenies to a pack, 8 buns to a pack, gotta buy 2 packs of buns to finish one pack of weenies, then you have leftover buns, so you buy more weenies, then more buns, then more weenies...

yes, yes, buns & weenies
(teehee)

Well done, btw.

Oddly, when I saw the thumbnail of this I though it was a dove poking it's head out of an orange plush costume... but now that I've seen the full comp I really like the character design. The texter is really nice, too.

i LOVE THE COLOR. Matches my skin tone quite nicely. I would not vote for this if it were white (can't stand white Ts) great job!

sleekhare wrote:Hey! Sorry! Wasn't ignoring your concern. Helping a friend of mine with his crêperie boutique for Crusin' the Coast this weekend - which, if you love old & fixed up cars, was an amazing event to attend. Nothing funnier than watching red necks woot and hollar at old cars spinning their wheels. Good times.

Anywho, back to the shirt - I wanted a light color that would legitimately turn bright red if the wearer were to actually have blood seeping from a wound onto the shirt. (Ew, I know.) That limited my choices to lemon, cream, and white. I ignored the lemon because, with the red, it felt too McDonalds to me. So it was a toss up between cream and white. Literally. I tossed a coin, and cream won.

I'm sorry that fate sided with a color you dislike. But, luckily, there are a lot of amazing designs to choose from that aren't on cream shirts.

Re: Masquerade Ball

I'm hopeful that the scratchboard pieces I have lying around might get marked on. The real trick though is scanning it really high rez and then adjusting the levels so you can select the white and gray as their own layers. I did white only and it looked too xerox-y so I added a subtle gray and it helped a lot. Maybe next scratchboard I'll add color, too.

Thanks for comments!
