How nice of Woot to sell a shirt to remind everyone of my birthday, the fifth of November. Why didn't you show a reminder of my kid's birthdays? The ides of March and the Feast of the Immaculate Conception?

Like the Concentration flashback + the colors...the first line of the Wikipedia entry states "also known as Guido Fawkes," something we all should be aware of.

Re: the writeup, when did "ancestors" become a synonym for "descendants"? It's not the first time I've seen that in "print."

That is because most of what is the Alamo today wasn't the original Alamo.

A good part of it was destroyed by cannon fire during the battle and afterwards Santa Ana had what was left burned. Over time the locals carted off the useable stones from the mission for their houses and other buildings.
The only truly original part of the building is the facade around the main entrance.

What are others that we "Remember"? I'm quite stuck on these two. But surely there are more.

Ya right, get it before the fifth....hahahaha. I'm still waiting for delivery of "The Hunt" which was like 3 or 4 weeks ago. Things take a huge amount of time to get to Canada. I would have ordered lots of halloween shirts, but they wouldn't get here until mid November. ya right, get it before the fifth.

Growing up I remember how we'd make a Guy every year, old clothes stuffed with newspaper and a mask for a head, and burn him on a bonfire in our back garden on November 5th.

Funny how something so gruesome could feel so festive. :P
