maybe more continuity in the language ... "in there" why isn't it applied to the cream and sugar ... personally i would want it removed from the cat part.

This entry was informative. I thought cthulhu was as south park character until prompted to look it up.

I love this! It's a great, original shirt that was just done very well. There are a LOT of pop-culture references this week and this one stands out in so many ways. GMV!

Nice colors though.

As a Utahn who eats soup, I also like the concept, but soup doesn't come out of stars.

Or maybe it's art, and I shouldn't take it so literally. The galaxy doesn't fit on my chest either.

Seriously love it! The cat's expression is perfect and you did a great job rendering the "kneading" part, I can totally see the movement. Also, count me in as a fan of the "clutter", makes it much more realistic to me, I know when I bake there are always various ingredients and already-finished or almost-finished goods everywhere...

Oh good LORD WHY IS THIS SO FANTASTIC. I swear, as much as I want to be a Trekkie nerd, I've only really seen the newer shows all the way through. I am ashamed. But even I'm catching a couple of the references in here, and I LOVE IT TO ALL KINDS OF BITS AND PIECES. *vote vote vote*

Re: Meatatarian

I can't believe people are complaining about a (original) character being reused when 50% of the fog is made up of commonly seen pop culture icons. Oh my dear lord. We've seen 3 meat eating bunnies in the history of woot. Lord save us. How many times have we seen Mario, Star Wars and Star Trek? Go complain about that.

Err...Pretty sure people complain relatively frequently about all of those things you just mentioned (less so Star Trek, but only because it's not as included nearly as often as the other two).

Have you read the comment thread for this? Granted, it's pretty civil, but it would certainly appear to me that there is substantial criticism of this entry.

Re: Meatatarian

I think this shirt is great! It reminds me fondly of my bunny, Clark, who was a total omninivore. If we were watching TV while eating dinner, he'd hop up and try to eat out of your plate. If you set you plate down to go get more napkins or whatever, he'd be ON your plate in about 1/2 a second, munching away on your meatloaf, chicken tikka, etc. He had a special preference for Pizza, Indian & Thai food.

He lived to a ripe old 9.5 years old. I think he would have happily been the bunny on the right.

Re: Bake It So!

I've never been much of a trekkie, so if I wore this, I'd feel like a poser (by the time I was old enough to appreciate something like Star Trek, the one that was available to me was Voyager... ). That being said, this is a really great shirt! Full of references that even I get, and executed with a strong and wearable design. Great job. GMV
