Staff

I don't know if you follow the weekly video Wootcast over at the main site, but you should. Because sometimes - like this week - it'll feature something relevant to your interests, like this look behind the cotton curtain at Shirt.Woot's production operation.

If you're craving more, start with this How Woot Works video about our product photos, then move on to the deep Wootcast archive. It's like if websites were TV!

Thanks, woot! You've just given me a fun family-time video event to while away the evening! Can't wait to get home!

No, I mean that. Really I do.

You could have included this red woot launch shirt pic from

in the video.

Good video. I am toying with using it as an illustration during one of the classes I teach.

This is so cool! I've always wondered how the shirts got made. Woot's turnaround and numbers are so great that I imagined a Tyrell-like facility with thousands of robot drones manning huge machinations of gears and paint. @_@

Very cool, thanks for letting us have a peep at the inside, guys!

Hats off to the crew cranking out thousands of t-shirts a day. It's even more impressive now that I see they aren't oompa-loompas. Insanity. :^)

Great video! I love behind the scenes stuff, and that was some awesome voiceover work as well. ;)

I don't remember ever seeing that shirt before. Is it super old or is it super new?

It's no normal production shirt, that's for sure. The run date is 8-30-11, or so someone said in the main thread.

I'd want one! Let me know if this shirt prints. Thanks for sharing the video. Now I don't need to come visit you anymore. One more item off my bucket list. Thanks Woot!

I still wanna visit them! I've got a lot of family in Texas, so maybe one day... though the drive would probably be shorter for you, collin

Agreement...especially since "Kitchen Warfare" is in production on the t-shirt-printing-octopus in the background!

I want that shirt! I'm hoping it'll show up in the next in-for-three random shirt package I buy up.

So why do some shirts come printed with american apparel shirts? I mean, I'm glad I'm getting american made shirts, but I still find it weird.

Woot shirts are AA shirts, just custom tagged. Woot reverts to regular AA tagged shirts when they run out of Woot-tagged blanks.
