I also thought it pretty weak, especially the fact that the birds are on the planet while the Death Star is preparing. But hey, people will see birds in helmets and gush. [shrug]

Oh. My. Lawd. Looks like I'm spending more money on a Patrickspens design. This is absolutely breath-taking, I don't even know where to begin. The way the bright red balloon pops against all the darker colors...the adorable robot desperately clinging onto his little teddy...the texture of the smoke...it's all just outstanding. So far, this is the only shirt I've seen in this derby that I've known without a doubt that I'd buy if it prints. +1

I like the concept. I like it a lot. But you need ti 86 the black background of the image, because it would print and be a different "shade of black" than the shirt material and the outline would be obvious.

Again, I like the concept but clean it up and it'll get my vote.

I love this, however I semi agree it's not terribly sci-fi. Mew or Mewtwo would have worked better with the theme. I'm picturing the End of Pokemon Snap right now, with Mew in it's bubble and the pretty background. Oh how I wish I was an artist... This has my vote though, because it's awesome, haha. ♥

As a series itself, I would agree with you, but the depiction here is hardly what actually happens in pokemon. I thought this type of robotics lab/factory fit into the realm of scifi. Thanks everyone for the positive response too I really enjoyed designing this and am happy to see you guys liking how it turned out.

My father and I just watched Serenity (again) and the worst part in the whole Firefly series is when they crash at Mr Universe's and well... you know the rest...

I agree. I only looked at the thumbnail and laughed and smiled. I saw the text and it kind of ruined it (for me, anyway).

I still voted because it really is a nice and clever design. Good Job!
