Every time this shirt was submitted, I voted for it. I'm glad it finally won a derby.

Nope- it's bread not biscuits!

Want proof- you'll never see a cat eat a biscuit. If they don't eat them why would they make them?

It is bread- and I will pout until you agree with me.

I'm 50 years old, and if you had shown me this shirt a year and a half ago, I would have had no idea what it was about. But during that time, my girlfriend acquired a couple of kittens. At first, this behavior got a "white tundra frost are your cats doing?" out of me, but I've gotten used to it.

I LOVE this!!! but I can't help but worry that their is some sort of dark subcontext going on here... All I can think of is loafcat, and then all I can think of is that poor cat falling into the dough and getting baked :'( poor kitty...

You know what that cat was doing with those paws in the sandbox right before this, don't you?

MMMMMMMMM ... baked cat... the other white meat.

In for 3 - 1 for me, one for the wife, and one for Mom.

Mom has a polydactyl named Pollie [my geekiness is genetic] and that makes its kneading behavior more intense on the body parts. Our cat Beast is too small to do much damage unless Lori forgets to clip her claws.

Gotta have this. I lost my beautiful golden Maine Coon to kidney failure in February, and this reminds me so much of her and how she would knead on me. I didn't call it "making bread", though. I usually called it "Ow that's my boob" because I swear she used to sharpen her feet to points when I wasn't home. Or maybe it was just because she was a fatty fat. But I feel like I'm getting off track here...

Must buy; I think this will always make me smile.

Yay! I'm so glad this made it this time. I wanted it, and voted, both times that I've seen it in the derby. I love this and every cat that I've ever had loved to get on me and knead. Cutest thing ever! Congratulations, Ochopika!

I'm in for one via my mother; I shared it on Facebook last night, and was going to buy it this morning, but she decided to get as a Christmas present after seeing the link.

These shirts run crazy small. I wear a W medium and have an average-sized chest and can't wear a W XL. I'd strongly suggest getting her a men's size. When I ordered a W XL I thought they had sent me a child's shirt.

All these posts are starting to worry me. I bought a WL in the 'Not Paying Attention' shirt and it fit me fine. I normally wear a large in Women's tops. But now, I'm beginning to worry that one was an anomaly and bigger than most WL woot shirts and that this one will end up being too small.

Another underwear "cat" shirt? Seriously? Why would anyone vote for this? Oh well, at least there's no temptation to buy.

So far I have one WS that looks like it was meant for a small child, I can barely fit into it and one that is kind of too big for me even though I shrunk it to death in the dryer. American Apparel has terrible quality control. The WS brown and gray shirts are the worst offenders imo for being too skinny and too long. The colorful shirts like red or green tend to run big and dont shrink very much. I also have one WS gray shirt that probably started out as a medium in the factory before somebody got the bright idea to cut a chunk out of each side and sew it back up, at a very obvious angle. I need to replace that shirt but dont feel like dropping another $15 on a potentially defective shirt lol. Good luck. Most of the shirts they send me I can work with but some are just w-t-f.

Me too! I get the WS but could probably also get a WM because I'm sort of on the border of the two sizes. Usually if I just avoid putting the WS in the dryer they're fine, but some definitely fit better than others. I have one in slate that barely fits, and then I have a few kelly green that are more baggy. The absolute worst shirt I have is Snowman, that I got as a random a few years ago. It's one of my tight-fitting ones, and it's white, so it's just AWFUL. I don't even wear it to the gym or to bed.

I think you'll be fine. I'm a WS in most normal shirts, so when I first started shopping here I also went with the WS before knowing that they run weirdly. And my Woot shirts all fit but they're definitely more snug/form-fitting than my other shirts. You could also order randoms in a larger size the next time around and just see how they fit... I thought about doing that to test out a WM before. But I didn't because I have so many in WS that I'd be sad if the WM looked better and I'd have all these reckoned shirts that I couldn't replace with a new size.

You should be okay. The red shirts seem to run larger both wider and longer (from my limited experience with Woot shirts). Just make sure to wash it cold and avoid heat in the dryer, maybe just tumble dry with no heat. I like my shirts soul suckingly tight so I'm cool with most of the shirts I've received.

ps your Not Paying Attention shirt is gray, which tend to run super skinny yet long. I think a WL red should fit even better.

you are correct though, I have received "small" smalls, and "large" smalls, and maybe one or two actual smalls. Seems to depend on color. Black fits me the best, not too wide or long, not too tight.

Pros: The pills were there.
Cons: So was the tank.

I am so in your boat! I hesitate to try WM though because my luck I get a "large" medium and cannot even shrink it down to a fitting size. I just roll the dice on WS and avoid the dryer for the gray and brown shirts, otherwise they are too long but shrink to being way too skinny.

Pros: The pills were there.
Cons: So was the tank.

If she wears an XL in regular men's shirts, I'd definitely go with a MEN'S XXL if you want it to fit well. From what I can tell the women's sizes probably wouldn't fit. There is a high degree of variability but they are a much more snug, fitted. My sister is short but wears a unisex L-XL and I got her MEN'S XXL's in Woot shirts and they fit well before and after washing. I always think it's better to go too large than too small.

Nah. It just means you are petite, which is what the W sizes should be labeled because that is what AA thinks women should be. Personally I can't wear the AA womens, not because of girth but because my shoulders are wider than half the men I know.

But the guy who asked thought his wife wears a mens so he should stick with that. Though I don't think the mens run that small. I seem to buy the same mens size here that I do elsewhere.

Thanks for the comments of reassurance, everyone! My 'Not Paying Attention' shirt fits, but is admittedly snug. I think it's as much because my husband decided to be 'helpful' and threw it in with a warm wash after I'd only worn it twice. Haha I'm glad to hear that red usually runs a bit larger anyway.

Just get the men's size. It will be much more comfortable for her. That's what I get. Women's shirts are cut differently and are more form fitting around the stomach.
