A very well detailed design.

It seems like the who thing is upside-down, though. It would seem more natural if the snowflakes were at the bottom of the shirt, to convey "falling" snow. These look like they're flying UP.

uh, the background colours are confusing - on my monitor, the thumbnail background doesn't match the background of the larger pic, and the tee is a third shade.

Oh, very nice composition. Since you only used one color, I think making the heart red or pink [with some halftone glow around it], would be a nice way of conveying the "warmth" the design is named after...

Winter is a time for fun and play. Skating, building snowmen (or snowbunnies), and snowball fights are about to happen!

Oh, this is a clever design.

It seems to me that the cup doesn't stand out very well [since the cup and the shirt are the same color]. I'm sure there are ways you can better define the cup, either with more halftones around the edge, or using a darker/lighter shade of red...

Same, at first glance, my initial reaction was "Oh, another generic swirly/shiny snowflake design ..." Then I took a longer look and realization smacked me like a sloppy wet snowball in the face. Charming work as always, Ms. Boots!

Well Ramy, you sure are consistent. I think this snowman would have looked pretty sweet if they had dressed it in a tuxedo to further the penguin theme, but other than those 2 cents I think the art is tight as always.
