I really love the drawing! For some reason, the rectangle in the background is a little visually jarring to me, I think an oval or a more ambiguous organic shape might have worked better, to simulate the feeling of being under water. Otherwise, I love the concept and the cartooning, your line art is very solid. Got my vote!
