With the last of the Holiday sales not a factor anymore, the DSR needed for survival has dropped considerably. That said, the shirts that received the biggest boost of it is suffering this week too.

I predict another fight to the finish next week, especially with the two shirts trying to make it to the one-year mark. Will today's ninja be of any help for one of them?

Quite a few long-term shirts in the bottom 5, but I'm not sure the new shirts not already in the top 20 have what it takes to take them out. One week of strong selling newbies could lead to a very dramatic week though (As last week was)

Aw man, now "It Came Out of Nowhere" is in the upper teens?

I don't know if I can take another week of drama and long-standing shirts in danger.

But seriously, I'd hate to see that one fall. It's the last of the heather grays, isn't it? Or am I wrong?

Last week I didn't understand Acquired Taste plummeting, this week the fact that one of the best shirts in woot history in Unstealthiest Ninja down at #20 dumbfounds me. I am in for 2 for it but dang this shirt should be way up there, past Making Bread and the Dark Knight (which I have no idea why it's #1) and A Wild Night. Woot community, your priorities disappoint me sometimes to let a shirt like Run Away! Run Away! be higher than the great USN. Here's to fighting for it's survival.

Acquired Taste nearly fell last week due to weaker sales during the holidays than other shirts, which pushed it (and others) down the charts. Its strong showing during last week's battle royale should give it an easier time of surviving this week.

Unstealthiest Ninja is in a similar boat. It enjoyed renewed popularity during the holidays thanks to its baby sister, but as Narfcake pointed out those sales don't count anymore. Its sales since have been fairly tepid, resulting in the plunge you now see. However, the shirt has a strong following; I expect its supporters to rally and save it for the week.

We'll have a better idea of what shirts are truly in danger by Friday, when we have some sales numbers. The woot-off will throw things off a little, but I don't think those numbers count toward survival; they're pure woot/artist gravy.

Point of interest; the last two wootoff "shirt hours" did not offer discounts on reckoning shirts. May have been a Christmas thing, but today we'll see for sure.

There hasn't been a Shirt-Woot-Off in a while. I'm guessing there will be today, if for no reason other than it'll change the subject from the price increase.

So since I'm doing nothing today besides database testing, and job hunting--and since both involve long stretches of doing nothing--I thought I'd ask...

My numbers were taken with a mass refresh at 2:01 and 3:01. I think my starting numbers are more accurate, but I think the number of additional sales shown in Mavyn's closing numbers clearly show that I cut-off too soon. In my own sheet I took my opening and Mavyn's closing numbers.

A sellout. It took 2 days for solid proof the extra $2 isn't the biggest deal.
