It's Pie-rate. The other one that might be a bit vague is PI-rate.

How can a simple clean design be similar to those other painfully ugly shirts. I think woot just doesn't want to field the calls from crybabys upset about someone making a better shirt than theirs.

I tend to think of pop culture as current things. Peter Pan and Neverland are over a century old, so I wouldn't call it pop culture. Classic children's literature, maybe.

Hahaha I really don't think anyone has said or implied that at all. People are just saying that his idea has been done to death. I, for one, think it's completely on theme and they have every right to cash in on this style.

Woot has a rule that something that has been submitted previously has to be significantly reworked (no direct resubs). But since this hadn't been submitted at woot specifically, he didn't need to change anything.
