On a completely different note, I won't be surprised if they have one more round of randoms on AA shirts. The reason is that there are still some shirts in the reckoning right now that are on them. Granted, there might not be a lot of them left, so it could very well be possible that they'll end up selling them on the side on moofi or sellout.woot instead, but there's a slight glimmer of hope for those of us who find the imported blanks unwearable and/or unworthy.

I started out with just 6 (3 in my preferred size and 3 for my kids). Then, I had a hyper dog rip the crap out of my shirt today at the animal shelter and I decided to make a friend order 3 more for me.

I've been doing the same thing. Now when I see a shirt I like, if it's on AA, I just grab it. Once the switch is complete, I'll only be getting Hoodies. I've got just one or 2 more shirts to grab from the reckoning, bought the rest already.

Ultimately, I did succumb to one more shirt. It's probably the very last Ramy shirt I'm going to buy on purpose as opposed to by accident, so.

I think they will have enough old shirts stored away in addition to the current AA shirts in the reckoning to do 1 more AA random. So the next reckoning may see either a lot of old designs, or a lot of woot "!" shirts.

I have some very sad news for some Random.Woot-er....

If your initials are S.H. and you're from MI well, I think your package has been delayed. in with my randoms was the shipping label complete with backing.

You can PM me if you wish to confirm, but I have opened a case with Shirt.Woot to see that you get your shirts wherever they are.

I have a pile of Woman's Mediums in AA to trade or sell. I just keep picking up randoms in these sales for some reason... anyway here's the woot shirts I have. I also have some Teefury shirts and an old design by Wotto up on teetrade.

For trades, my size is ML (but was all sold out by the time I went to buy) and I know it might be a long shot to trade these MXLs for MLs, but I'm always optimistic. That being said, the MXL isn't a deal breaker, and still fits nicely.

Sadly, he would have liked to get that one, but I don't think we've got anything to trade (not sure how this works anyhow-never done it??)

Had mine shipped next day, but FedEx won't ship to my location. It's stuck in a shipping facility an hour away. I get to spend the evening trying to get more than a busy signal on FedEx customer support. Worth it though (Maybe not $5 extra worth it though).

You really need to get in bed with other shipping companies, Woot.

Oh My Fruitful Garden, I am SO confused.

When I ordered, I wasn't thinking about the fact that they'd mostly be AA, so I ordered three different sizes thinking this would be a good opportunity to compare the different sizes on the new Anvil shirts.

So naturally, my shirts came in with three different tags, and I can't tell what is what!

I got the Vampires shirt on what I KNOW is an AA shirt. (WXL)

The District 14 (Taco/Hunger Games tee) on what I think is an Anvil. (MM)

And The Birthplace of Inspiration on a WL tee that isn't listed as AA, so I am guessing it is Anvil?


I really screwed this one up, didn't I? I'm not particularly thrilled with any of the shirts, even though I am a huge Hunger Games fan.

Oh well. Win some lose some. If anyone is really interested in any of the three above mentioned shirts, let me know.

Based on looking at the tags on my shirts,
I think this is how it goes:

AA Womens:
Cursive for size lettering with a pic of a little lady to the left of it. Light blue woot exclamation point.

AA Mens:
Print for the size lettering with a pic of a little man to the left of it. Yellow woot exclamation point.

Anvil Womens:
Outline of size lettering (white letter with black outline) and no pic of a person.
White woot exclamation point inside of a light blue circle.

Anvil Mens:
Outline of size lettering (white letter with black outline) and no pic of a person.
White woot exclamation point inside of a medium/dark blue circle.

I don't know about the men's AA shirt, but there are definitely different kinds of women's AA shirts. Most of my ws AA shirts are a "tube" style with no side seams. However, I have gotten at least three *with* side seams (including one from the AA blank shirt sale). They do not have the standard woot tag of a women's symbol next to the size but instead have a non-woot AA tag OR a woot tag with the size written in cursive.

I have also gotten other AA "tube" shirts lately that have the size written in cursive, yet they seem to fit slightly differently than the others (looser in the waist and, after the wash, narrower shoulders).

So, Woot shirt tags have changed for at least the women's AA shirts so you may have to look at where the shirt was made to know for sure if it's AA. Also, I have two obviously different types of AA shirts: "tube" types and those with side seams. I also believe there's a slightly different fit with some of the newer AA blanks but I have only seen one other comment that suggests that on woot so far. I'm sure the Anvil switch would overwhelm any concerns about differences between AA shirts at this point.
