I have to say, I'm really sad celestial fire didn't make the cut. Looked great.

The story was a surprisingly riveting read about a post-apocalyptic scenario. It's an optimistic opinion on the behavior of people in the end of days.

And to think, we only have 4 million years until this... wait. What's that? 4 BILLION years? Oh, nevermind.

It's both cool and creepy. Kinda reminds me of why I prefer daytime hours. The night sky can be a spooky place.

The Pillars of Creation? Would that be a reference to Legacy of Kain?

I love the design, but that text is just awesome. 10/10 for great SiFi short story. The combination got me to buying my first shirt.

But as an international customer, may I suggest that you put up a measurements table in metric system?

This should be one of the symbols of the Chinese zodiac. Everything is better with space animals.

I didn't comment on this in the derby but I did vote, the wispy filaments of the nebula totally won me over.

There's an eldritch feel to this design, a combo of awe and creepiness, that a lot of actual nebulas can give you.

The pillars of creation are a celestial object that Hubble made famous from a very beautiful photograph some time ago. The reference that they're gone is because they'd most likely been obliterated by a nearby supernova some time ago... yet they are so far away we haven't seen that occur yet.

The write up is indeed wonderful. Reminds me of the Star Trek TNG episode in which Picard lives a whole lifetime on a dying planet after the Enterprise picks up a wandering space probe. During his "lifetime" he learns to play the recorder and in the probe is a recorder. Probably my favorite Star Trek episode of all. I think I'll go see if I can find it on Netflix.

This is just a beautiful shirt, and I am so glad it is getting printed. I'll admit, I didn't really see the need for the star-based shirts being sold at the same time as the astronomy derby because I'm not sure how many happy-little-planet shirts (though cute) anyone needs, but freakin' awesome dragon shirts promoted by an excellent writeup? Yeah. Count me in. In addition, my pocketbook and I are going to have to just deal with it if Sirius also prints.

Woops, I didn't realize we were already on 3rd.....now I'm hoping Sirius gets an editor's choice printing because it was also great.

It's beautiful. Love the artwork, love the subtle color scheme.

Would be an insta-buy if woot still made shirts in my size.

Good story, but it sounded a bit familiar:
