I have sent three emails to service@woot.com regarding an issue I have with my recent random shirt order. I am getting no immediate question in que response and no taking care of the problem response. Please help

Are there attachments in your email, are you getting auto-reply emails to confirm your email was received?

just checking: have you checked your junk email folder? an email provider might identify the "in the queue" email as spam and redirect it there.

same here. They sent me one incorrect sized shirt and two that were correct. I have emailed them twice now with no reply to either. This is terrible customer service. I am very disappointed. Any suggestions???

It looks like we responded to your email yesterday. Did you check your spam folder for the response? A replacement was shipped today for the incorrect size.
