Staff

We're rolling right along in our quest to acquire every photo of a Woot Shirt in the Wild on our Facebook wall, and if you haven't already be sure to submit your own photos so we can show off all our cool friends to those jerks from high school who said we'd never amount to anything. And maybe hook you up with some swag. So if you see your photo below, be sure to email us so we can get in touch!

Winner, Best Shirt Reenactment: Matthew Benson

Matthew Benson reenacts our shirt
The sad part is the pose is purely coincidental.

Winner, Biggest Collection of Woot Shirts (until someone proves otherwise): Mike Mallow

Mike Mallow and his entire collection
We'd make fun of Mike, but in reality he's half the reason we're still employed.

Winner, Strength in Numbers: John Loveland

John Loveland jloveland has his own team of codemonkeys
Okay, they're no Sharks. And they're no Jets. But dammit, they're ours!

Winner, Most Stylish Couple: Andrew Murray

Andrew Murray amurray and his husband to be in a ninja engagement
Were there ever two cuter unstealthy ninjas?

Winner, Nerdiest Party We Weren't Invited To: Aricia Grant

Aricia Grant had a shirt party in Addison and didn't invite us
Aricia had a party just a few miles away from our HQ and didn't even MENTION it to us!

Winner, We'd Give You First Place if We Could Actually See it: Ashley Margos

Ashley Margos shanghei is at the Vatican's Easter Services
If you squint you can just BARELY make out the detail. Surely a devout Catholic wouldn't lie?

And Our Absolute Most Favorite Photo (This week, anyway): Patrick Goldberg

Patrick Goldberg may be threatening the easter bunny
This also won the "most likely to be used as a mugshot on the evening news" award.

Congrats to this week's winners! If your photo didn't get picked, worry not! Keep submitting on our Facebook page and you too could have a place in the hallowed halls of our tiny off to the side blog!

But y'all were invited to the Woot shirt party. Granted, this was... 2 years ago. That's why there are no recent woot shirts in the picture, only "classic" shirts.

Made my day to see him wearing Trigonometree when there was a plethora of others to choose from.

Someone wore a woot shirt to see the pope? I love my woot tees, but I would have thought something a bit more...respectful would have been in order. Just sayin.

Even on a cloudy day, I'll keep my eyes fixed on the sun...

Thanks! I got that one in the last random batch, and have been wearing it as much as my washing machine allows.

I almost put on one of the "It Came Out of Nowhere" shirts since it was my first Woot, but it felt like too token of a Woot shirt. Went with something a little more obscure instead.

Yeah, so there's that...

What is that, 35 woot shirts? I can out woot shirt that. If I weren't too lazy to get a camera out.

Challenge accepted. I will be gathering my herd of 60+ woot shirts together in a pen and prodding them with a stick 'til they smile for the camera.

The hardest part is getting all the shirts in the frame.

Luckily for me the six in the front were from the blanks sale and didn't need to be all that visible.

There are 37 in the picture (plus I have yet another ICooN and Cheesier Place that I couldn't find, plus a backup of Nyan's Dream that I have never taken out of the bag.

Yeah, so there's that...

I am currently holding Narfcake hostage until he gives me one of his six copies of Unstealthiest Ninja, one of his four copies of Eat More Meat, and one of his three copies of Artichokey. He's not budging, so it might be a while...

He would need a panoramic camera to fit all his shirts in the frame. That being said, I'd love to see it.

Yeah, so there's that...

I doubt I can round up all my shirts at the same time! Would take all day! Even with that many shirts, I've only bought 4 shirts here in the last 2 years!!!! Can't believe how fast time flies. Now I kind of wish I didn't give a rest on the t-shirts for 2 years, I'd have about 200 shirts now.

If I don't see you no more in this world, I betcha on the next one you'll know me! Don't be late!

Narfcake's collection squashes all challengers. However, I doubt he could round all of them up; he'd need to retrieve the first-order back-ups out of the freezer and defrost them; then grab the third and fourth copies of Unstealthiest Ninja out of his safe deposit box; and finally, he'd need to dig the emergency back-ups out of his backyard (buried in case of nuclear war, of course)... and then he'd go crazy trying to figure out what happened to his sixth copy of Unstealthiest Ninja (shhhhh!). It would be epic to see a picture of all his shirts together.

(And it sounds like it would be incredible to see a picture of yours, thejakeyl88! If you ever have time to put your collection together for a picture, I think you'd find a very appreciative audience here.)

Might be nice if, instead of real names, woot listed screen names with these pics because that's how we know each other. Or maybe list both. Or first name, last initial, and screen name. Some way to know who on the site to PM with congrats.

Or gave us some way to submit photos without linking to our real names.

Mmm, I have at least 70 shirts. I may have to fold them all properly and submit a picture.

I thought we'd established this week that I have some motivation to keep my username from being associated with my real name.

When I said fakebook, I meant a FB profile that is wholly fabricated. I don't have a FB profile using my real name at all.

I have a shirt catalog, y'all!
