Revisionist history, oh the horror ; ) I would have chosen Ghengis Khat myself but I can see the appeal of a snazzy statue pose. And perhaps the cats have been a bit too dominant recently.

My love of history is greater than my hatred of cats. This one is tough to resist.

Every time I see this artist, I am amazed. He lives in my town & am shocked to see such talent. I hope to run into him one day wearing his shirt.

That's okay; I can never remember for sure right away whether it is by David or Gericault.
