Besides, it's going to need a lot of work. No transparent colors, must be on shirt template, etc.

Re: Peaceful Beach

This shirt would be much better if the design transferred to the rest of the shirt better.

Thanks!! , one thing it may help to get your gradients smoother is to apply blur to them, try gaussian at different levels till you find the right effect that make them look smoother. Hope this helps. (o;

I didn't think that would be allowed.
We all strive to create in halftones, but a glausian blur creates a gradient. How is this acceptable to the powers at woot?

After you do the blur then you proceed to do the halftones, thought it was too obvious to mention it.

Nice design but it hardly fits the brief if you ask me.

Got it, I understood it as though you were blurring your halftones...

Thanks very much for the kind words bass! Probably it being on lemon isn't helping - though I personally am loving my couple of lemon shirts this summer - I'd like another!

I like it. It includes the female form in a classy way. I'd prefer it in a creme or other lite color shirt over white.

I really like this one and wish it was getting some more love. Would happily buy it elsewhere if it doesn't make the derby here.

Why are people voting for this? It'll get rejected 2 if not 3 times. I know it's cute and all, but try to restrain yourselves.

Good catch, hoiky. TO the artist, woot only allows original art, but does allow art that is inspired by other pieces, as long as it is not a direct copy. Your work matches this photo down to the position of the pinkies, so unless you own the photo, woot probably would reject this, even if it was on a template, matched the theme, etc. Check the rules to see what else they don't accept before you do your next entry.

Woot wouldn't reject this based on that likeness. Plenty of people have been captured in a pose somewhat like that. There is no copyright on the human body, and that photo isn't even all that similar.

Re: Zombie Beach Party

Just out of curiosity, how many colours are on this design? I can see that you've got six listed but I'm pretty sure I see a highlight on the grey of the folding chair and also a black outline around the place. I only ask because I am in awe of this design and am studying it to learn how to duplicate its magnificence.
