A printer who specializes in large format and fine art reproduction is what you want for best results, if you don't mind spending the money to do it properly. The right process can put it on canvas, even, and make it look as if it was painted.
For any kind of paper with a texture, you want an ink process, not a dry toner reproduction like a color copier would offer; with toner, textured paper ends up looking patchy, whereas with ink you get good coverage in all the nooks and crannies.
Look for someone in your area using high-end inks (UltraChrome is one brand you might look out for, that's what my shop uses), that can offer you a selection of canvas or acid-free papers. Try search phrases like "fine art reproduction," "large format printing," and "large format scanning." (I know, you don't need the image scanned as it's already digital, but the people who have that sort of scanner will also likely be providing that sort of printing, or know a company nearby who does.)
