Those are unofficial rules and are outdated. It also says no Portal shirts and how many of those have we had in the past year? They haven't been rejecting for Pacman in a long time.

it could be kuz everyone allready commented on his other design much like this one for a year or two ago... its just rehashed stuff with a bit of a twist. and have no clue why its in the fog

This image is hilarious! I think the only thing that might be throwing me off a bit is the purple color. It's very strong, and not everyone can wear purple well. It might look really good with a more blush hue to help it be a bit less "wow purple!". But that's a minor crit, this image rocks. I know it will HM if it doesnt pop into the fog!

Really great design, Ochopika! I love your kitty characters so Im glad to see one here! If I might add a bit of critique, I think there's a touch of busyness with the text. Personally, I think it would have worked super with just "Kitteh's You Can Haz Cheezeburger's". Also, the bonnet is adorable, but it might make it seem a tad feminine for the boys. Just a big ol' cute kitteh would be great.

Anyways, those are just some thoughts, I still love this design. :D You're one of my favorites to watch cause I love your cute animals <3.

This is really nicely done, very cute image! If I had a suggestion, maybe making all of the other clouds also sort of fishy shaped, it might be a little more clear. I had to look a bit closer to see that the cloud he's eating was a fishy cloud. This is wonderful, it needs some more push! +1!

This is way more parody than half the stuff that prints here there days and there isn't even a Pac-Man on it. It's fine.

Actually, look at the C's, they are pac-man. This is skirting the rejectionator for sure. Very clever, nonetheless.
