Okay, so I get the Mario and Zelda references, but can some one clue me in on the rest?

My health plan doesn't cover shrooms.

I don't have an entry in the artists' encyclopedia for shirt.woot. Fourth first print in four days? A subtle statement by tgentry that woot's health insurance plan needs improvement? Or is shirt.woot so broke that they've been ordered to save on commissions by failing to credit the artists?

Wow I've had a plan for a shirt like this for over a year now but never made it. Now if I make it, everyone will say it's like this one

My first thought with the second image was the free life water bottles from commander keen. But I'm prob alone in thinking that...

Actually, the blue potion was one of the health potions on the original Zelda. Red and Blue. Can't remember which, but if you drank one, it would change to the other color. I think it was blue, that was you drink it, heal, it changes to red, you drink it, heal, it disappears, whereas red is just drink, heal, gone.

The plate of food from Wolfenstein 3D would have been pretty sweet too.

Other way around. Red was two-use, blue was single-use.

So if today's shirt is designed by shirt.woot, could tomorrow's shirt(s) be designed by ABT? (i.e. Random shirt day)

It's the red potion that can be used twice. After the first drink, it turns blue.

Is the syringe from a recent game? Because I'd be kinda disappointed if it was... considering the other 4 are from games that first got big 10-20 yrs ago... wouldn't make sense to put something recent in there...

I was getting ready to ask the same question. I also view it as an experiment to see if people are more inclined to support the design, or the artist.

I highly doubt it is a Starcraft Stimpack because that takes health away.

From the Starcraft Wiki page: "These inbuilt chemical delivery systems dose marines with a powerful mix of synthetic adrenaline, endorphins, and a psychotropic aggression enhancer. And looking at the pictures of a SC stimpack I'd say yes, that's what the last picture is.
