I do. Really fabulous work. My favorite in the whole derby. I love that it's a big design, but the way the clouds are boxed into the printable area detracts a little.

Given your join date and lack of purchases I'd guess that you're new to submitting here and so wanted the design large but didn't want to run afoul of the rules. In my experience woot is pretty good about fudging the edges as long as you aren't very close to the edge of the shirt. The mockup is more a guideline because they tend to resize everything based on how well they think it will print. So if you had made the edges look a little more natural, you'd be just fine for printing even if they were a bit outside the exact printing area.

Anyway, awesome job and I hope to see more from you in the future!

It's the arting of Moby Dick by way of Hemingway in a mid-90s SoCal surf-punk phase, all sardonic yet grave in its pop-Orientalism.

I love it.

I love the cat! It's a reference to the ancient Egyptians without freaking out and going "Outdoor Mulch For Gardening INTERNET CATS!". Very very classy. The only one I'm gunning for so far!

Anyone else think Wirdou when you saw the thumbnail?

I didn't vote for this after seeing the (to me) extreme similarities in style. Clever? Yes. Original? Eh...

Very creative and definitely a good idea! Almost everyone is watching the Olympics, definitely would be a cool shirt to wear around now (or any time).

Re: Booty (resub)

This is the most awesome design I have ever seen for any pirate related stuff. You could have gone with a darker background and lighter colored design. The first one you submitted had a nice background.

Re: Golden Peacock

I just wanted to say I know this one is a bit of a late entry, but everytime I went to do one somebody put an entry in with the same idea. Hopefully this one is different enough from the rest. I am still relatively new to this and would love any constructive critiques that you can supply. Thanks!

Re: Temporal Wealth (resub)

This abstract design can be seen many ways. For some, it symbolizes how difficult it is to hold on to money. To others, it represents how money isn't worth much after all. Some might even see it as symbolic of the current economy, and how it seems to be slipping away to dust.

Or, perhaps, the owner of the hand has an inversion of the Midas Touch: any gold touched by their fingers turns to dust.

It's open to interpretation.

(P.S.: sorry for all the spam in the comments thread; I'm a perfectionist. I swear this will be the last re-post, though!)

Whilst half of me agrees, the other half says, "Why the hell does a cross HAVE to be religious?" Yes it is very symbolic for christians etc but they don't have exclusive rights to the shape.

Re: SWORD 9mm

A Romeo+Juliet reference? I appreciate that you dug deep for the Baz Luhrmann tribute, but I'm sure it's got a solid enough cult following to move it up the ranks.

Good design, it's unfortunate that so few people will get this.

They pretty much do, yes. Especially in this incarnation with the long bit on the bottom, not to mention the title "Gold Life". What do YOU think that's a reference to?
