I think I have figured out a way to fix this design, improve it, and keep it from having all the rejection prone issues... v2 hopefully ready tonight or early tomorrow AM! I hope people with re-vote for the update assuming I get rejected.

I should also add that there's a bit of a history lesson here for everyone. England gets its name from the Angles, one of the Germanic tribes that settled the region.
