Would have been even better with a Scotch and a braveheart-esque spirit

Scotch would fall under the whiskey already pictured. :P Also, what no goth spirit from a bottle of absinthe? *rabble*
Nothing says wholesome fun better than booze and stereotypes! Kidding aside, really like the design. Nice job.
World touring the tanked way...I like that they're toasting (or perhaps sloshing to mix their poisons.)

And probably should have been spelled "whiskey," given the character. Scotch is spelled "whisky" I enjoy me some scotch. Possibly too much. Gin too. And tequila.
I'll drink to that.
That, too.
Or 3, Wakko Talks Faboo!
Oh boy... I'm predicting another high comment:sale ratio.

HOLY Potty Emergency! YOU ARE RIGHT! - No pop culture reference - Kinda weird - Adult theme *slams the alarm button*
Funny... My gin spirit has a top hat and a sinister laugh.
What's going on with the shirts lately? Did I miss something (like why there hasn't been a great shirt in a long time)?
At least they seem friendly... pass the bottle!

I believe we'll call that a subjective opinion.
Hey, it's up! Thanks to the Woot! team for another spot-on writeup, and to everyone who's loving it and buying it so far. To Kevlar51, who corrected the whisky/whiskey error: I goofed. I have no excuse, either. I spent the last year working at an ad agency on several whisky and whiskey accounts, and was chided for this same typo many, many times. Let's pretend the misspelling is from the backwoods hick that labeled that particular bottle of XXX moonshine, and not me.

Except the only stereotypes in the picture are geographical or cultural. Not one of those is for sure racial. Maybe the tequila one, but you don't have to be Hispanic to be Mexican.
"No officer, he's not drunk, he's possessed!"
Ah! You know it's a great shirt when you immediately have to click it to check out all the details. Such a cool idea and style. If I was a drinker I'd buy 3. :^)
I'm curious as to how many kid's sizes this one will sell.
I love the black and white on grey. But why couldn't the ghosts be transparent like the bottles?
To heck with the shirt, I want more from the story teller. A book perhaps? Maybe a "short" in Readers Digest.

Having grown up in just such an area, I think it's a valid explanation
Now that's MY kind of spirtuality.
I did not even know there was a difference between whiskey and whisky!

We're surprisingly educational!

Um...i didn't specify and was joking around, hence saying "kidding aside." The remark was a silly, half asleep attempt to joke about the shenanigans going on.
There's a difference?? According to freedictionary.com and macmillandictionary.com, 'whiskey' is just the American spelling of 'whisky', both of which refer to 'an alcoholic liquor'.
And geographical and cultural stereotypes are somehow less offensive than racial ones?
Hmmm maybe use PeeWee Herman's likeness instead? LOL! Tequila Dance (short version) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BodXwAYeTfM Tequila Dance (the whole scene leading up to the dance - recommended) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVKsd8z6scw
What, no sake ninja?
Hooray! I have internet again, and can check my favorite site once more. Pretty spiffy (and spooky design) might have to get it for this year's Halloween woot shirt.
Are the Rum Pirate and the Vodka Russian (?) holding hands? I can't make out what is going on there.

Looks like a toast. Booze brings people together!
aerc712 wrote:Looks like a toast. Booze brings people together!
You're right - Gin and Tequila and are doing the same
This will surely sell a lot of kids sizes
As there is no ninja ghost coming out of a sake bottle, this sucks.
Reclaimer456 wrote:And geographical and cultural stereotypes are somehow less offensive than racial ones?
Wow. Someone is trying REALLY HARD to be offended.
sneefy wrote:As there is no ninja ghost coming out of a sake bottle, this sucks.
It's true. Sake Samurai, Scotch Scotsman and 4loko Teenager were all killed for the sake of design. Or double killed, i guess, since they're ghosts.
I am pretty sure it will be okay if the kids shirt sales are down a bit this week..... In fact if you want to buy your kid one, feel free ! I would much rather see a kid in a shirt with correct spelling than the ones I see with cat talk that has every word butchered..... JMO !
