If Binge is sold out in all kids' sizes, this has been pending for a while, because they always have stock pre-printed of Binge sitting, and an even larger stock of royal blue blanks because of Binge. Remember how long the royal blue AA blanks lasted? I joked that they had a few truckloads sitting around because of Binge - except that turned out to be true. (JASON I STILL BLAME YOU AND YOUR 14217 SALES FOR USING ALL THE ROYAL BLUE AA BLANKS. Just kidding.)
K8 was sold out in all royal blue shirts yesterday, then Monster Cookie sold out in all kids' sizes, and sometime this afternoon, all royal blue shirts sold out in all kids' sizes: they had to have been running low before yesterday morning.
I feel particularly bad for the artists: there are five kid-friendly shirts on royal blue in the top 20, a kid-friendly royal blue shirt fighting to return to the top 20, another royal blue shirt in the bottom seven, and a very kid-friendly new shirt that barely had the chance to sell any kids' sizes. I suspect this will hurt Monster Cookie in the Reckoning standings, but it will definitely hurt sales of all nine shirts - and that hits the artists' commissions. How many potential buyers of Monster Cookie, Noah's Grill, Cats Resume, Cat in the Box, Rex the Riveter, and Binge as casual holiday presents for kids will keep checking back? And are we looking at a few days, or a month?
