Upon seeing the shirt I had a million Princess Bride quotes flood my mind, ie, "You are the brute squad". Upon reading the write up though, I had a certain Monty Python scene come to mind. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIaORknS1Dk

What happened to the EIGHT stone??? someone either fell asleep and ran away with eh stone. Darn you woot for not keeping the correct head count. Now we will be looking everywhere for 8th stone or the rest wont proceed.

I love PB and science and puns. I only wish the whole thing were done in variables (v rather than 5ish). Unless there's some reason for that, that I'm missing?

I enjoyed both equally. If you read the Goldman book you find out some very interesting stuff about the movie. Like Goldman shouted "her dress is on fire" on set after writing the script. Also Andre/Fezzik climbed the Cliffs of Insanity to help get into character.

Honestly, this is one instance where I thought the movie was at least as good as the book. Seeing the movie first didn't ruin the experience of reading the book at all for me because the cast was just *that* perfect.
