As for a pup named Scooby Cerberus, he is doomed to cuteness as I can't really change him without messing up my composition pretty bad. One of the reasons he ended up white/orange is because any other color from my 6 makes him disappear into the background. I also think he helps to lighten the mood, which I know won't please mythology buffs, but given all the many dark facets of this particular myth it seemed the better approach for something you wear on your torso.

An big update on one of the first designs I submitted to woot a year back or so. Based on the Greek myth of Persephone and Hades, I thought it'd kinda cool to have Hades amusing Persephone in the Underworld with Cerberus hangin' out with them.

I've never questioned any of my rejections before but this one was a real...disappointing surprise This design (the first version, I remade it for this derby) was scoring at other contests in the past, like Threadless or Lafraise, but not now, that was a long time ago and I've seen many artists using past designs from other contests...!! At the moment it's just scoring at shirt.woot...Don't know why shirt.woot thought it was scoring somewhere else and rejected it...
