Myself, I like the reverse legs. It seems to make sense that a dragon would have legs more like a cat, built for springing into the air.

I agree with that, but these look like backward arms to me. Cats legs, have more of a wide rounded ton 1/3, and an extended foot past the ankle looking part. (i'm not a veterinarian...) it just seems off.

I think someone pointed out on one of the other shirts, though, that the Watercolor Derby's color requirement was that all watercolor shirts had to be on white, yellow, light blue or creme shirts.

(Edit: Yes, that's the case. You might want to resub on an approved color before you lose votes.)

Thanks for the advice man! I actually ended up painting a moon during one of my classes and scanning it in and halftoning that because I wasn't happy with how my messing with textures was going... I will definitely try those later though. heh

So I see this got rejected because someone linked a photo that it was pretty clearly based upon. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought it was never an issue to use a photo as a reference, and I don't see evidence that this is somehow just a photoshop filter or something. Does that make sense?
