I've yet to meet the stain I can't get out if I care enough to try.
For ink, saturate the area with aerosol hairspray, then use a clean towel or kitchen roll paper over your finger to gentle tap at the spot. Make sure to move to new spots as the ink comes up.
For curry, Carbona Stain Wizard general treatment has always worked. It usually is the tumeric that stains (yellow), so dish soap, rinse, white vinegar, rinse, then wash as normal.

Oxiclean won't work on a mineral stain. Windex and ammonia--soak, scrub, rinse, repeat.

Freeze the item, scrape off the solids. Soak in dish detergent solution, working gently to get any remaining solids out. The dish detergent will get the grease out as well, so soak, rinse, and go.

Sometimes, scissors are your only option.

I have lots of minerals/rust on my favorite clothes from working with steel a lot.
You can use white vinegar instead of Windex. Make sure to remove as much of the solids as you can. I use a plastic kitchen scraper.
