I forget - can we specify that a design be on the *back* of a shirt, instead of the front?

I know we don't do 2-sided in the derby, but I thought someone said it was OK for your one side to be on the back.

There haven't been any back-print derby entries to win, but the rules state that you can print on the front or the back. Just not both.

You did see the daily shirt on sale today, right? The bar is pretty low.

That being said I may actually have a design already finished that I can enter.

Yeah...I am following the Golden Rule regarding the offering today.

I'm interested to see some board game designs...Risk? Life? Something not all kitties and penguins and Zelda and Mario.

Or something ironically 'Gamer', like computer solitaire.

Would love to see a shirt dedicated to my favourite computer game... Minesweeper!! haha

I'm thinking of the old Donkey Kong game where Mario had to jump over barrels to reach the top...

but instead of these guys I'd use office workers trying to climb up the ladders of success as the scary "Boss" throws at them barrels of work and low salaries.

The idea is still in development. Any advice?

I would love to see Walmazan do a CandyLand themed shirt, but with a twist like "SalsaLand" or something

Keep the splatter, and fix your kerning.

edit- Maybe try just the list of jargon in Helvetica with ampersands, a la the recent OdRoc Clue shirt, and myriad others.

Yeah, the kerning is making me mad, and now I'm too tired to do much more work on it. The biggest problem is that my cheapskatedness has kept me from ever actually acquiring Helvetica...I think I'll have to remedy that in the future.

@shikausstan - I like it, clever. I think your pattern in the back is a little soft, I would try sharpening the cracks a little and see how it looks...

Only one way to find out. I don't think you can alter it without losing readability, though.

This is just an idea to all artist.
Use a chess board as your base and have dueling teams. Your teams can be anything. My daughter is in anime conventions and they have live chess match duels. Now those true gamers that go to conventions would get the chess match theme.
